Return & Refund Policy – Deserve
At Deserve, customer satisfaction is a priority.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled on the same day of purchase only, before shipment is initiated.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted and the return policy will apply.
For credit card cancellations, a 3% payment processing fee may be deducted.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 working days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging, including all accessories.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees in cases of change of mind or exchange requests.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Inspection Process
- A clear photo of the product must be sent to customer service before shipment for condition verification.
- The item must be properly sealed and securely packaged; otherwise, the shipping company may refuse collection.
- Upon receipt, Deserve will conduct a quality inspection within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued through:
- Bank transfer
- Vodafone Cash
- InstaPay
Refunds are processed after inspection approval, with applicable shipping or processing fees deducted.
Defective Products
If your product has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact customer service within 5 days of delivery
- The case will be reviewed and handled according to Deserve’s Warranty Policy
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Contact customer service immediately
- Deserve will guide you through the return or exchange process at no additional cost
Available Options After Approval
Upon approval by Deserve’s after-sales department, customers may choose to:
- Exchange the item for another Deserve product
- Receive a refund via the approved payment methods
Important Notes
- This policy applies to purchases made through official Deserve sales channels only
- Return requests submitted after the stated period will not be accepted
- Deserve reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
