• Deserve provides delivery services across all governorates in Egypt through authorized shipping partners.
• Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe 

• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond Deserve’s control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Deserve shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping Fees 

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.
• Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed shipping errors by Deserve.

Order Processing 

• Orders are processed after confirmation and verification.
• Deserve reserves the right to delay or cancel an order in cases of inaccurate customer information, payment issues, or unavailability of the product.

Delivery Responsibility 

• Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery information.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional shipping charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery 

• Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt.
• Any visible damage must be reported to the courier immediately at the time of delivery.
• Deserve is not responsible for damage caused during transit once the shipment is accepted.

Force Majeure

Deserve shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions.
