Warranty Policy – Deserve
At Deserve, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to delivering luggage you can rely on throughout your journeys.
All Deserve branded travel luggage is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to the original buyer only.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
Subject to inspection and approval, Deserve reserves the right to repair or replace the product or the defective part at its sole discretion.
What Is Covered
- Structural Defects - In case of a manufacturing defect affecting the main body or shell of the luggage, the product will be replaced.
- Wheels & Accessories - If wheels, handles, locks, or accessories are found defective due to manufacturing issues, original replacement parts will be provided and installed.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or negligence
- Damage resulting from exposure to extreme heat, water, chemicals, or solvents
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, stains, or color changes that do not affect functionality
- Damage caused by airlines, transportation companies, or third parties
Any transit damage must be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Warranty Period
- Duration: One (1) year from the date of purchase
- Validity: Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty request:
- The product must have been purchased from an authorized Deserve store or official sales channel
- The customer must provide the registered name and phone number used at the time of purchase
- Proof of purchase may be required
